Meet The Team
Brittney Milligan - Diner Manager
Originally from Florida, Brittney moved to Sumter at the end of 2020 and quickly became part of the Quixote Hospitality family when she started as an employee at Sidebar.
Brittney shared, “Over the years, I have built many amazing relationships through Sidebar as well as my fellowship with Christ Community Church which has only deepened my faith in God and my heart for people.” She added that “the people of Sumter have helped turn this town into a place that feels like home.”
Now stepping into her new role at Cut Rate, Brittney is bringing that same heart and hospitality to the diner.
“As the new manager of Cut Rate, I’m excited to be a part of the team and introduce new items while still keeping the nostalgia of our diner alive. Through leadership, hospitality, and a God-given passion for people, I’m looking forward to helping the business grow to its full potential! I’m confident my team and I can cultivate this historic Sumter staple into the place to be!”
Tristin Watkins - Diner Chef
Tristin was born and raised right here in Sumter, SC. She brings 12 years of kitchen experience and a true passion for cooking - especially when it comes to making comfort food that warms the heart and brings a smile to every guest.
